For as long as I can remember, I have always loved taking pictures and capturing a moment. I have a talent of envisioning what would make for an excellent photo in my head, and then bringing it to life. Something will pop in my head and I may want to play around with the ideas for a little while. I will of course always include the standard checklist of pictures, such as at a wedding, but I excel the most at improvising poses and the workflow based on your personality and the environment. I like having fun with my clients, making them feel comfortable, and then taking pictures that come natural to them to bring out their best features.
If you are hesitant about posing or being in front of the camera, I make photography easy and will guide you the entire way. Have any inspiration you saw on Instagram or Pinterest? Feel free to show me and I will do my best to recreate it for you! I take pride in each picture I edit and release out into the world, so you know you're getting the best from me.

FAQ
When will payment be required?
A deposit will be required to book a wedding or multi hour event. Final payment terms can be discussed prior to contract signing. Mini sessions may require a deposit as well to secure the time slot.
Any payment options available?
Yes! Pixieset, the site that I host on, recently provided options to pay with "Buy Now, Pay Later" options, as well as PayPal. Just let me know that is how you'd like to book with me.
Do you shoot video?
I focus completely on photography as that is the craft I have chosen to specialize in and currently do not offer video in any packages.
Will there be a second shooter for my wedding?
A second shooter will not join me unless added to the event as a package.
What is your turnaround rate?
I typically quote 1-2 weeks for standard events and guarantee a one month turnaround time for weddings exclusively shot by myself. I also include a preview set with all weddings after one or two days after the event date.
What type of gear do you use?
For the gear nerds like myself: I currently shoot with a Sony A7IV as my main camera and pair it with a Sony A7Riii for weddings. The main two lenses I use feature my favorite focal lengths: Sony 50 GM 1.4 and Sony 35 1.4. Arguably the best lenses in their respective focal length for Sony. If I have a little more space or need to be more incognito, I have a Sigma 85 1.4 that will close the distance.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
I am a Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana based Photographer. Further beyond that area, I'm happy to discuss any special travel or necessary board arrangements so that I can be where you need me to be! I absolutely love traveling and would be very open to going to just about anywhere.
